2 Night Minimum Stay
Cancellation Policy - A full refund is provided up to 10 days after booking date, more than 10 days a refund minus 50%, no refund or cancellation less than 30 days out from reservation.
Standard Rates - Guest Cottage - $295 per night. During Holidays, Special Events and the Antique Shows: $400 per night. Farmhouse - $695 per night. During Holidays, Special Events and the Antique Shows: $750.00
Payment Policy - Deposit: 50% of total reservation at time of booking. Balance due 30 days prior to check-in date. No cancellations, refunds less than 30 days prior to reservation.
Taxes - 12%
Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay - guest cottage, $150 per stay - farmhouse, additional cleaning available for a fee.
